How to use: For optimum adhesion, apply reusable adhesive nipple shields to clean, dry skin, free of cream or oil residue. Position them gently and smooth the edges for a discreet finish. After use, gently remove and clean with lukewarm water and mild soap, then leave to air-dry before storing on their protective film.
