How to use: For optimum adhesion, apply reusable adhesive nipple shields to clean, dry skin, free of cream or oil residue. Position them gently and smooth the edges for a discreet finish. After use, gently remove and clean with lukewarm water and mild soap, then leave to air-dry before storing on their protective film. Do not wear for more than 8 consecutive hours, and avoid application to irritated or injured skin. Keep them in a clean, dry place to preserve their adhesion.
